New committer: Binjie Yang

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Kyuubi has invited Binjie Yang to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Binjie Yang works at NetEase, he

• started contribution to Kyuubi community since Mar. 2021
• made a major contribution to fit Kyuubi with Spark Engine On Kubernetes
• participate in Kyuubi On Kubernetes adaptation and integration test construction
• join the construction of Kyuubi Web UI & Batch V2
• participated in various discussions on the mail list and GitHub issues
• helped users resolve problems on GitHub and WeChat

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the project since there is no need to go via the patch submission process. This should enable better productivity. A PMC member helps manage and guide the direction of the project.
